Privacy Policy

• Adele 2.0 is an internal company application that can only be used by users with official accounts issued by PT ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk.
• We collect account, document, and technical data only as needed to run the document management functions.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• Data is used solely for the company's document operations and administration.

We collect the following types of data to the extent required to provide the service:

• Account & Identity Data. Name, email address, Employee ID (NPP), work unit, position, and role associated with your work account. This data is provided by the company, not collected from public sources.
• Authentication Credentials. Session/auth tokens used to keep you securely signed in. We do not store your password in plain text.
• Documents & Their Contents. Document files, document numbers, subjects, keywords, attachments, comments/discussion threads, as well as metadata and workflow history (review, approval, disposition) that you create or access through the app.
• Device Notification Token. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver document-related notifications (e.g. review/approval requests, dispositions).
• Photos/Media from the Camera. Images you capture or select only when you actively scan or attach a document. Images are processed solely for the relevant document.
• Technical & Log Data. Basic technical information such as network connection status, device type, and activity logs (document access logs) for security, auditing, and troubleshooting.

The app requests the following device permissions:

• Internet & Network State — to connect to the company server, upload/download documents, and detect connectivity.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — to show alerts related to your tasks and document status. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
• Camera (CAMERA) — to scan or photograph documents to be attached. The camera is only active when you choose that feature; the app does not access the camera in the background.

• Authenticate and manage access to your account.
• Store, display, search, and manage documents and their approval workflows.
• Send operational notifications related to your documents and tasks.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet internal audit and compliance needs.
• Improve reliability and fix app issues.

We do not sell and do not share your personal data for advertising purposes. Data can only be accessed by:

• Authorized internal users according to their role and document access rights within PT ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk.
• Infrastructure service providers that support the app's operations (e.g. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications), limited to what is needed for that function.
• Authorities, where required by applicable law or regulation.

Data and documents are stored on company/appointed service provider servers. Documents are retained according to the retention period set by the company's archival policy. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and as needed for operational, audit, or legal purposes.

We apply reasonable safeguards, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls based on role and document security classification (Open, Restricted, Confidential). Nonetheless, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we strive to protect your data to the best of our ability.

Because Adele 2.0 is an internal application, account and data management is handled through the company administrator. You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to deactivate your account, by contacting the administrator or the contact listed below, subject to internal policy and applicable regulations.

This app is intended for use by employees/partners of PT ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk and is not intended for children under the age set by regulation. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
